Korean Chicken (Bulkogi)

Ingredients

  • 8 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 bunch green onions shredded in long thin form
  • 5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¾ Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp apple juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • pepper to taste
  • Tbsp sesame seed Oil

Instructions

  • Set chicken aside. Mix all other ingredients in large pan/bowl. Then add the meat.
  • Let it set in room temperature for 2-5 hours. Then store in fridge for ½ to 3 days. Best if marinated for 24 hrs but not absolutely necessary. Cook on grill or broil. If you grill it, it will cook about 10minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other.
  • Meat will have a pinkish color even when cooked through. Serve with rice, kimchi and fresh fruit.
