Set chicken aside. Mix all other ingredients in large pan/bowl. Then add the meat.
Let it set in room temperature for 2-5 hours. Then store in fridge for ½ to 3 days. Best if marinated for 24 hrs but not absolutely necessary. Cook on grill or broil. If you grill it, it will cook about 10minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other.
Meat will have a pinkish color even when cooked through. Serve with rice, kimchi and fresh fruit.
